What are fees and charges for?

All online transactions are processed by Payment Gateway, authorized by Bank and Regulatory Authorities. Payment Gateway charges some fees for each transaction processing.

We also charge a small amount over and above Payment Gateway charges for usage of our platform.

How much Payment Gateway charges?

Payment Gateway charges different fees for different methods of payment. Check charges calculator above for details.

For Credit Card charges are 2% per transaction. For few card types these charges are upto 3.5%.

How much IshaPay charges for usage?

IshaPay charges flat Rs. 2 per transaction irrespective of transaction amount.

Are you Payment Gateway?

No. We are not payment gateway.

Who are you?

We are only service provider offering you to pay others using your credit card.

Do you process payment?

No. We do not process payment. Payment is processed by Payment Gateway. Payment collection as well as payment disbursement is processed by Payment Gateway.

Then what is your role?

We are a platform where you can manage your billers / vendors / recipients, initiate payment and track history of your payments.
